Photo ID, such as a drivers licence or passport is required. You need to prove who you are in order to hire items with such high value. Your booking will not be confirmed until an ID/Address check is carried out. Please provide a clear picture of your photo ID along with a picture of you holding your ID under your chin (close up of your face and shoulders)

Booking duration is 4 days –

This includes the delivery date. Items MUST be returned on time to allow for repairs/cleaning before the next hire. Any items sent back late will incur a $50 fee PER DAY! If your return day falls on a SUNDAY or PUBLIC HOLIDAY items must be returned on the next business day.

For extended hires please get in contact to discuss the extended dates before booking. Discounts for each week you hire are applied to the full weekly hire cost. Pay full price for the first week and the following weeks are charged at 50% of the hire price.

The customer/leasee is required to return items by before 5pm. Alternative locations can be provided upon request but are at Indulge Bag Hire discretion.

What happens if I don’t return the item or it gets damaged?

You will be charged late fees of $50 each day the item is not returned on time. Repairs or full RRP replacement costs will be charged to your credit card. Please treat the item as if it was your own to avoid any extra charges. Keep in mind that items may be booked back to back, a late return that results in a late hire pick up will result in additional fees. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you authorise Indulge Bag Hire to process charges to your credit card/account in the event of damages or failed returns.
